The gauge cluster wasn't properly weather sealed on my 21 Himalayan, which allow moisture to short out the backlight on the LED screen and all of the glue in the speedo to fail, so everything would rattle around loosely. It was very obviously broken. They charge me $139 to diagnose that. It then took the service department 2 MONTHS to tell me that my bike was actually out of warranty (I bought it used and thought it was in warranty), and I would need pay for the replacement. Go somewhere else.
I left I bad review out of anger given my situation I found myself in the other night while trying to do an oil change on my Royal Enfield.
I had been given the wrong filter but called today a few days alter having forgot I left any sort of review, yet alone a pretty harsh one that wasn't deserved. They immediately knew who I was when all I asked was "can we check if there's a filter in stock". They are helping make getting the right one over and it is greatly appreciated. It turned out to be an issue in the parts catalog/system not user error.

Mark’s used to be great until new ownership. Brought my utv in for a service and $700+ later I got an oil change. Then I go to start it a little later and it won’t start because it’s low on oil. Can’t make this stuff up. Definitely not going back there!
I can’t say ENOUGH about this place. I live in FL and every transaction has been smooth! Both of my motorcycles were in perfect condition and Keith is a top notch individual! I will not purchase a bike anywhere else! Thank you all again for the wonderful experiences.

I just picked up my new 2022 Royal Enfield Int650 from here, two days back. Not only they gave me the best price in the entire north-eastern region, they also made the whole buying and registering process a breeze for me, provided I was buying out-of-state and taking it to Mass. Keith enlightened and assured me with details on how often it is done and how seamless of a process it is to buy out-of-state. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer all my concerns and questions. Jenn was very efficient with all the paperwork and payment process. She even made a ready-to-go bundle of docs to be presented at RMV for me (how nice:)).
End of the day, I was able to ride the motorcycle back to Boston the same day and hence saved on shipping as well. Thank you everyone at Mark's, you folks are amazing.
Bought a 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 from them. Worked through the COVID issues and went smoothly consisting the current business climate.
